My original, one of a kind paintings are the epitome of my life's journey in relation to myself and to others: Hopes, desires, trials, disappointments, errors, frustrations, joy, failures, decisions, love, contentment, faith, rebellion and sadness. Emotions experienced climaxing to the present point with an explosion toward the future seeing all as though looking through an eyeglass. We pass one another in this portal of time, each experiencing perhaps the same at different levels, the same or different moments of time, moving from just living to discovery of who you are destined to be. Scattered parts of our lives are pulled together and the whole person is seen, every part or journey having a purpose, every person coming together as one very unique individual. Take this journey with me through this art taking a look at mine and perhaps your past, present and future, realizing how our lives are intertwined forming a beautiful tapestry with each of us being a one of a kind thread forming a beautiful work of art in the maker's hand.
Some of my paintings I have purposely grouped together because to me it depicts a message from the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Though they can stand alone individually, I believe a powerful message is spoken when selectively combined together. Exceptions are polyptych or multi-panel works where a single painting is divided into sections on separate canvases and the theme explicitly explained for each unique painting.
